Scope.\nThe sections referred to in subdivisions 2 to 7 are codified outside this chapter. Those sections classify transportation data as other than public, place restrictions on access to government data, or involve data sharing.\nSubd. 2. Special transportation service provider.\nCertain data relating to alleged violations by special transportation service providers are governed under section 174.30, subdivision 9.\nSubd. 3. Special transportation service; ambulance service.\nData relating to a person's physical condition or medical treatment gathered by the commissioner of transportation or the commissioner of health in an investigation of an alleged violation by a special transportation service provider, are governed by section 174.315.\nSubd. 4.\n[Repealed, 2010 c 215 art 10 s 6]\nSubd. 5. Rail service data.\nInformation provided to the commissioner of transportation under the Rail Service Improvement Act is governed under section 222.54.\nSubd. 6. Rail carrier data.\nCertain data submitted to the commissioner of transportation and the attorney general by acquiring and divesting rail carriers are classified under section 222.86, subdivision 3.\nSubd. 7.
