Stat. § 134.23","heading":"AGREEMENTS.","body":"The compact administrator and the governing body of any political subdivision of the state or the library board thereof operating a public library may enter into agreements with other states or their political subdivisions pursuant to the compact. Such agreements as may be made pursuant to this compact on behalf of the state of Minnesota shall be made by the compact administrator. Such agreements as may be made on behalf of a political subdivision shall be made after due notice to, and consultation with, the compact administrator.","path":["LIBRARIES","CHAPTER 134.
