Public agency.\nThe intermediate school board shall be a public agency and may receive and disburse federal and state funds made available to it.\nSubd. 1a. Liability.\nNo participating school district as such shall have any individual liability for the debts or obligations of said intermediate school district nor shall any individual serving as a member of the intermediate school board have such liability.\nSubd. 1b.
