Stat. § 142C.10","heading":"REPORTING.","body":"(a) The certification holder must comply and must have written policies for staff to comply with the reporting requirements for abuse and neglect specified in chapter 260E. A person mandated to report physical or sexual child abuse or neglect occurring within a certified center shall report the information to the commissioner.\n(b) The certification holder must inform the commissioner within 24 hours of:\n(1) the death of a child in the program; and\n(2) any injury to a child in the program that required treatment by a physician, advanced practice registered nurse, or physician assistant.","path":["CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND FAMILIES","CHAPTER 142C.
