Gross misdemeanor offenses.\nWhoever commits any of the following acts is guilty of a gross misdemeanor:\n(1) willfully conceals, cancels, defaces, or obliterates a health care directive of a principal without the consent of the principal;\n(2) willfully conceals or withholds personal knowledge of a revocation of a health care directive;\n(3) falsifies or forges a health care directive or a revocation of the instrument;\n(4) coerces or fraudulently induces another to execute a health care directive; or\n(5) requires or prohibits the execution of a health care directive as a condition for being insured for or receiving all or some health care services.\nSubd. 2. Felony offenses.\nWhoever commits an act prohibited under subdivision 1 is guilty of a felony if the act results in bodily harm to the principal or to the person who would have been a principal but for the unlawful act.","path":["HEALTH","CHAPTER 145C.
