Stat. § 147D.11","heading":"MEDICAL CONSULTATION PLAN.","body":"(a) To be eligible for licensure as a traditional midwife, an applicant must develop a medical consultation plan, including an emergency plan. The plan must describe guidelines and under what conditions the plan is to be implemented for:\n(1) consultation with a licensed health care provider;\n(2) the transfer of care to a licensed health care provider; and\n(3) immediate transport to a hospital.\n(b) The conditions requiring the implementation of the medical consultation plan must meet at a minimum the conditions established by the Minnesota Midwives Guild in the Standards of Care and Certification Guide, the most current edition.","path":["HEALTH","CHAPTER 147D.
