Stat. § 148.623","heading":"DUTIES OF THE BOARD.","body":"The board shall:\n(1) adopt rules necessary to administer and enforce sections 148.621 to 148.633;\n(2) administer, coordinate, and enforce sections 148.621 to 148.633;\n(3) evaluate the qualifications of applicants;\n(4) issue subpoenas, examine witnesses, and administer oaths;\n(5) conduct hearings and keep records and minutes necessary to the orderly administration of sections 148.621 to 148.633;\n(6) investigate persons engaging in practices that violate sections 148.621 to 148.633; and\n(7) adopt rules under chapter 14 prescribing a code of ethics for licensees.","path":["HEALTH","CHAPTER 148.
