Stat. § 156.122","heading":"COURTS TO REPORT.","body":"The court administrator shall report to the board a judgment or finding by a court that a person regulated by the board:\n(1) is a person who is mentally ill, chemically dependent, mentally ill and dangerous to the public, or is a sexual psychopathic personality or sexually dangerous person under chapter 253B or other applicable law;\n(2) is guilty of a felony or gross misdemeanor; violation of a law involving the use, possession, or sale of a controlled substance; or operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance; or\n(3) is in need of a guardian under sections 524.5-101 to 524.5-502.","path":["HEALTH","CHAPTER 156.
