Stat. § 15B.31","heading":"CAPITOL AREA LAND ACQUISITION.","body":"(a) The state, on recommendation of the board and within appropriations available for the purpose, must acquire by gift, purchase, or eminent domain proceedings, any real property in the Capitol Area if the board finds that the property is needed to expand or beautify the area. The acquisition may be of less than a fee simple interest in the property.\n(b) The acquisition must be made for the state by the attorney general.","path":["CAPITOL AREA","CHAPTER 15B.
