Warrants must be drawn on printed blanks that are in numerical order. The commissioner shall enter, in numerical order in a payment register, the number, amount, date, and payee for every payment issued.\nThe commissioner may require payees to supply their bank routing information to enable the payments to be made through an electronic fund transfer.","path":["ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE","CHAPTER 16A.
