Foreign state conviction.\n(a) On revoking or suspending the driver's license of a Minnesota resident as a result of a foreign state conviction, the commissioner shall notify that foreign state when the driver's license is reinstated or a new license issued.\n(b) For the purposes of this section, \"foreign state\" means a state as defined in section 171.01, subdivision 47, excluding the state of Minnesota.\nSubd. 2.\n[Repealed, 1983 c 127 s 2]","path":["TRANSPORTATION","CHAPTER 171.
