Definition.\n\"Apprentice data\" means data on individuals collected, maintained, used, or disseminated because an individual has applied for or has been submitted for registration as an apprentice with the Division of Apprenticeship, or is currently or has been registered as an apprentice with the Division of Apprenticeship.\nSubd. 2. Classification.\nApprentice data are private data on individuals.\nSubd. 3. Data sharing.\nApprentice data may be shared with a state agency for the purpose of determining compliance with section 116J.871 or 177.41 to 177.44.
