All places of employment.\nThe provisions of this chapter or any standard or rule promulgated pursuant to this chapter shall apply to all places of employment within this state except as noted in subdivision 2.\nSubd. 2. Federal exclusion.\nNothing in this chapter shall apply to any working conditions which are under the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal government.\nSubd. 3. Relationship with federal government.\nThe department, in the exercise of its duties under this chapter, shall give due consideration to all federal regulations of concurrent jurisdiction and shall avoid unnecessary duplication of enforcement efforts.","path":["LABOR, INDUSTRY","CHAPTER 182.
