Account established.\nA pollinator research account is established in the agricultural fund. Money in the account, including interest, is appropriated to the Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota for pollinator research and outreach, including but not limited to:\n(1) the identification and establishment of habitat beneficial to pollinators;\n(2) the development and promotion of science-based best management practices;\n(3) the development and promotion of practices that can reduce the effects of pesticides on pollinators;\n(4) the effects of seed treatments on pollinators; and\n(5) the development and promotion of integrated pest management, including pest economic thresholds.\nThe University of Minnesota must select projects in consultation with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.\nSubd. 2. Expiration.\nThis section expires July 1, 2027.","path":["AGRICULTURE","CHAPTER 18B.
