Stat. § 18B.24","heading":"UNSATISFIED JUDGMENTS.","body":"(a) An applicant for a commercial, noncommercial, or structural pest control license and a commercial, noncommercial, or structural pest control applicator may not allow a final judgment against the applicant or applicator for damages arising from a violation of a provision of this chapter to remain unsatisfied for a period of more than 30 days.\n(b) Failure to satisfy within 30 days a final judgment resulting from these pest control activities will result in automatic suspension of the applicator license.","path":["AGRICULTURE","CHAPTER 18B.
