Delegation of duties.\nThe commissioner may delegate authorities and duties under sections 18C.531 to 18C.575 to designated employees or agents of the Department of Agriculture.\nSubd. 3. Delegation to approved agencies.\nThe commissioner may, by written agreement, delegate specific inspection, enforcement, and other regulatory duties of sections 18C.531 to 18C.575 to officials of approved agencies as defined in section 18B.01, subdivision 2.","path":["AGRICULTURE","CHAPTER 18C.
