General violation.\nExcept as provided in subdivisions 2, 3, and 4, a person is guilty of a misdemeanor if the person violates this chapter or an order, standard, stipulation, agreement, or schedule of compliance of the commissioner.\nSubd. 2. Violation endangering humans.\nA person is guilty of a gross misdemeanor if the person violates this chapter or an order, standard, stipulation, agreement, or schedule of compliance of the commissioner, and the violation endangers humans.\nSubd. 3. Violation with knowledge.\nA person is guilty of a gross misdemeanor if the person knowingly violates this chapter or an order, standard, stipulation, agreement, or schedule of compliance of the commissioner.\nSubd. 4.
