Stat. § 192A.13","heading":"WHO MAY CONVENE GENERAL COURTS-MARTIAL.","body":"(a) In the state military forces not in federal active service, general courts-martial may be convened by:\n(1) the governor; or\n(2) the adjutant general.\n(b) The governor or the adjutant general may authorize in writing other general officers in command as additional general courts-martial convening authorities. The authorization terminates no later than the term of the adjutant general or governor making the authorization.\n(c) If a commanding officer or the adjutant general is an accuser, the court shall be convened by superior competent authority and may in any case be convened by a superior authority if considered desirable by that authority.","path":["MILITARY AFFAIRS","CHAPTER 192A.
