Crime defined.\nAny person subject to this code who knowingly, with intent to defraud, uses:\n(1) a stolen credit card, debit card, or other access device;\n(2) a revoked, canceled, or otherwise invalid credit card, debit card, or other access device; or\n(3) a credit card, debit card, or other access device without the authorization of a person whose authorization was required for use, including a government purchase card or government travel card without conforming to the published federal or Minnesota National Guard procedures at the time of use;\nto obtain money, property, services, or anything else of value shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\nSubd. 2.
