Stat. § 254B.216","heading":"RESIDENT RECORD.","body":"A certified recovery residence must maintain documentation with a resident's signature stating that each resident received the following prior to or on the first day of residency:\n(1) the recovery resident bill of rights in section 254B.211, subdivision 3;\n(2) the residence's financial obligations and agreements, refund policy, and payments from third-party payers for any fees paid on the resident's behalf;\n(3) a description of the services provided by the recovery residence;\n(4) relapse policies;\n(5) policies regarding personal property;\n(6) orientation to emergency procedures;\n(7) orientation to resident rules; and\n(8) all other applicable orientation materials identified in sections 254B.21 to 254B.216.","path":["PUBLIC WELFARE AND RELATED ACTIVITIES","CHAPTER 254B.
