Stat. § 256L.18","heading":"PENALTIES.","body":"Whoever obtains or attempts to obtain, or aids or abets any person to obtain by means of a willfully false statement or representation, or by the intentional withholding or concealment of a material fact, or by impersonation, or other fraudulent device:\n(1) benefits under the MinnesotaCare program to which the person is not entitled; or\n(2) benefits under the MinnesotaCare program greater than that to which the person is reasonably entitled;\nshall be considered to have violated section 256.98, and shall be subject to both the criminal and civil penalties provided under that section.","path":["PUBLIC WELFARE AND RELATED ACTIVITIES","CHAPTER 256L.
