Stat. § 260B.240","heading":"COUNTY RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRANSITIONAL SERVICES PLANS.","body":"When a child is subject to a court dispositional order resulting in an out-of-home placement potentially exceeding 30 days in a residential program under this chapter, the county in which the court is located is responsible for monitoring the implementation of a transitional service plan upon the child's discharge from the program. The county's responsibility under this section extends to juveniles committed to the commissioner of corrections who have completed the 90-day residential after-care component of the program.
