Stat. § 260C.509","heading":"TRIAL.","body":"The permanency proceedings shall be conducted in a timely fashion including that any trial required under section 260C.163 shall be commenced within 60 days of the admit-deny hearing required under section 260C.507. At the conclusion of the permanency proceedings, the court shall:\n(1) order the child returned to the care of the parent or guardian from whom the child was removed; or\n(2) order a permanency disposition under section 260C.515 or termination of parental rights under sections 260C.301 to 260C.328 if a permanency disposition order or termination of parental rights is in the child's best interests.","path":["PUBLIC WELFARE AND RELATED ACTIVITIES","CHAPTER 260C.
