Misdemeanor.\nWhoever handles or uses an explosive or blasting agent while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance is guilty of a misdemeanor and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 90 days or payment of a fine of not more than $1,000, or both.","path":["PUBLIC SAFETY","CHAPTER 299F.
