Stat. § 306.76","heading":"PERMANENT CARE AND IMPROVEMENT FUND MAINTAINED BY CERTAIN ASSOCIATIONS.","body":"Every cemetery association organized under state law that maintains a public cemetery in or adjacent to a city with a population of more than 50,000, shall provide for the establishment of a permanent fund, the income from which must be devoted to the care, maintenance, and improvement of the cemetery.
