Certificate of mailing.\nAfter mailing special or regular member meeting notices or otherwise delivering the notices, the cooperative shall execute a certificate containing the date of mailing or delivery of the notice and a statement that the special or regular member meeting notices were mailed or delivered as prescribed by law.\nSubd. 2. Matter of record.\nThe certificate shall be made a part of the record of the meeting.\nSubd. 3. Failure to receive meeting notice.\nFailure of a member to receive a special or regular member meeting notice does not invalidate an action taken by the members at a member meeting.","path":["BUSINESS, SOCIAL, AND CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS","CHAPTER 308C.
