Stat. § 315.48","heading":"REINCORPORATION.","body":"A religious society now conducting its affairs as a Young Men's Christian Association or a Young Women's Christian Association may reincorporate under sections 315.44 to 315.47. The new certificate of incorporation must be executed by all the directors of the association.
