Stat. § 325F.185","heading":"ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFRASTRUCTURE.","body":"Any electric vehicle infrastructure installed in this state must without significant upgrading of the electric vehicle infrastructure:\n(1) allow for utilization of the electric vehicle infrastructure by any make, model, or type of electric vehicle;\n(2) be in compliance with section 326B.35 and standards set by the Society of Automotive Engineers; and\n(3) be capable of providing bidirectional charging, once electrical utilities achieve a cost-effective capability to draw electricity from electric vehicles connected to the utility grid.","path":["TRADE REGULATIONS, CONSUMER PROTECTION","CHAPTER 325F.
