Requirements.\nThe board shall reissue a private detective or protective agent license to a license holder without further board review, if the license holder who has complied with all applicable laws and rules:\n(1) submits to the board an application for license reissuance on a form prescribed by the board;\n(2) submits to the board a list of all current employees; and\n(3) remits the expired license to the board.\nSubd. 2. Appearance.\nNothing in this section shall preclude the board from requiring the appearance of the license holder at a board meeting prior to the reissuance of the license.\nSubd. 3. Bond and proof of financial responsibility.\nEach applicant for license reissuance shall maintain a $10,000 surety bond, and show proof of financial responsibility as required in section 326.3382, subdivision 3.","path":["TRADE REGULATIONS, CONSUMER PROTECTION","CHAPTER 326.
