Stat. § 32D.08","heading":"MANUFACTURING GRADE DAIRY FARM INSPECTION; FEES.","body":"(a) A producer selling milk for manufacturing purposes must be inspected at least once every 12 months.\n(b) The fee for the certification inspection must not be more than $25 per producer, to be paid annually by the processor or the marketing organization on behalf of its patrons.\n(c) For a producer requiring more than one inspection for certification, a reinspection fee of $45 must be paid by the processor or by the marketing organization on behalf of its patrons.","path":["AGRICULTURE","CHAPTER 32D.
