On rescission, all fees paid to the debt management services provider or any other person other than creditors of the debtor must be returned to the debtor entering into the debt management services agreement within ten days of rescission of the debt management services agreement.","path":["TRADE REGULATIONS, CONSUMER PROTECTION","CHAPTER 332A.
