Stat. § 336.2-103","heading":"DEFINITIONS AND INDEX OF DEFINITIONS.","body":"(1) In this article unless the context otherwise requires:\n(a) \"Buyer\" means a person who buys or contracts to buy goods.\n(b) (Reserved.)\n(c) \"Receipt\" of goods means taking physical possession of them.\n(d) \"Seller\" means a person who sells or contracts to sell goods.\n(2) Other definitions applying to this article or to specified parts thereof, and the sections in which they appear are:\n\"Acceptance,\" section 336.2-606.\n\"Banker's credit,\" section 336.2-325.\n\"Between merchants,\" section 336.2-104.\n\"Cancellation,\" section 336.2-106(4).\n\"Commercial unit,\" section 336.2-105.\n\"Confirmed credit,\" section 336.2-325.\n\"Conforming to contract,\" section 336.2-106.\n\"Contract for sale,\" section 336.2-106.\n\"Cover,\" section 336.2-712.\n\"Entrusting,\" section 336.2-403.\n\"Financing agency,\" section 336.2-104.\n\"Future goods,\" section 336.2-105.\n\"Goods,\" section 336.2-105.\n\"Identification,\" section 336.2-501.\n\"Installment contract,\" section 336.2-612.\n\"Letter of credit,\" section 336.2-325.\n\"Lot,\" section 336.2-105.\n\"Merchant,\" section 336.2-104.\n\"Overseas,\" section 336.2-323.\n\"Person in position of seller,\" section 336.2-707.\n\"Present sale,\" section 336.2-106.\n\"Sale,\" section 336.2-106.\n\"Sale on approval,\" section 336.2-326.\n\"Sale or return,\" section 336.2-326.\n\"Termination,\" section 336.2-106.\n(3) \"Control\" as provided in section 336.7-106 and the following definitions in other articles apply to this article:\n\"Check,\" section 336.3-104.\n\"Consignee,\" section 336.7-102.\n\"Consignor,\" section 336.7-102.\n\"Consumer goods,\" section 336.9-102.\n\"Dishonor,\" section 336.3-502.\n\"Draft,\" section 336.3-104.\n(4) In addition article 1 contains general definitions and principles of construction and interpretation applicable throughout this article.","path":["TRADE REGULATIONS, CONSUMER PROTECTION","CHAPTER 336.
