Stat. § 336.2A-216","heading":"THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES OF EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES.","body":"A warranty to or for the benefit of a lessee under this article, whether express or implied, extends to any person who may reasonably be expected to use, consume, or be affected by the goods and who is injured by breach of the warranty.
