Stat. § 336.9-527","heading":"SATELLITE OFFICES AUTHORIZED.","body":"The secretary of state may establish satellite offices by written agreements with public officials within the state for the purpose of meeting the filing officer responsibilities described in sections 336.9-528 to 336.9-530. The term of the agreement must be set by, and may be renewed by, mutual agreement. The agreement may be terminated upon 60 days' notice. The secretary must maintain a list of those public officials authorized to act as satellite offices.
