Stat. § 340A.407","heading":"COMMON CARRIERS.","body":"The commissioner may issue an on-sale license to a person certificated by either the state or the United States of America, or an agency thereof, as a common carrier engaged in the business of transporting persons for hire in interstate or intrastate commerce to sell intoxicating or 3.2 percent malt liquor in a place where meals are sold. A license issued under this subdivision only authorizes the sale of intoxicating or 3.2 percent malt liquor to a bona fide passenger who is actually being transported in interstate or intrastate commerce.","path":["TRADE REGULATIONS, CONSUMER PROTECTION","CHAPTER 340A.
