Stat. § 353G.114","heading":"ANCILLARY BENEFITS AND SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFITS.","body":"(a) Except as provided under paragraph (b) and sections 353G.115 and 353G.12, no disability, death, funeral, or other ancillary benefit beyond a retirement benefit is payable from the lump-sum division of the defined benefit plan or the defined contribution plan.\n(b) Any member or survivor of a deceased member who receives a lump-sum distribution of the member's retirement benefit from the lump-sum division of the defined benefit plan or the defined contribution plan is entitled to a supplemental benefit under section 424A.10.","path":["RETIREMENT","CHAPTER 353G.
