Stat. § 356B.01","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"(a) For the purposes of this chapter, each of the following terms has the meaning given, unless the context of the term indicates otherwise.\n(b) \"Agency\" means:\n(1) an agency as defined in section 14.02, subdivision 2; or\n(2) the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system governed by chapter 136F.\n(c) \"Commission\" means the Legislative Commission on Pensions and Retirement.\n(d) \"Pension system\" means:\n(1) the Minnesota State Retirement System;\n(2) the Public Employees Retirement Association;\n(3) the Teachers Retirement Association; or\n(4) the St. Paul Teachers Retirement Fund Association.\n(e) \"Firefighters relief association\" has the meaning given to relief association in section 424A.001, subdivision 4.","path":["RETIREMENT","CHAPTER 356B.
