Stat. § 356B.02","heading":"DRAFTING PENSION AND RETIREMENT BILLS.","body":"(a) Notwithstanding section 3C.035, an agency or pension system intending to urge the legislature to adopt a bill affecting the pension system, one or more plans administered by the pension system, or one or more volunteer firefighter relief associations; or relating to pensions or retirement shall deliver the drafting request for the bill to the executive director of the commission no later than November 1 before the regular session of the legislature at which adoption will be urged.\n(b) The executive director of the commission may accept a drafting request from an agency or a pension system after November 1 if the executive director of the commission determines that the request relates to a matter that could not reasonably have been foreseen by November 1 or for which the requester provides other reasonable justification for delay.","path":["RETIREMENT","CHAPTER 356B.
