Stat. § 360.82","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"As used in sections 360.81 to 360.91, unless the context otherwise requires:\n(a) \"Airport reference point\" is a point selected and marked at the approximate geometric center of the airport landing area.\n(b) \"Permit\" means a permit issued by the commissioner of transportation under the provisions of sections 360.81 to 360.91.\n(c) \"Public airport\" means any area of land which is either licensed as a public use airport by the commissioner of transportation or is operated by a metropolitan airports commission as a public use airport.","path":["AERONAUTICS","CHAPTER 360.
