The secretary of state shall then record the dissolution.\nSubd. 2. Copies.\nThe county auditor shall also send a copy of the notice of the dissolution to: (1) the state demographer, (2) the Minnesota Geospatial Information Office, (3) the chief administrative law judge of the state Office of Administrative Hearings, and (4) the commissioner of transportation.","path":["TOWNS","CHAPTER 365.
