No county employment or other elected office.\nNo county commissioner shall hold another elected office during tenure as commissioner nor be employed by the county.\nSubd. 2. No bribery.\nNo commissioner shall receive any money or other valuable thing as a condition of voting or inducement to vote for any contract or other thing under consideration by the board.\nSubd. 3. Affected elections, contracts, votes to pay are void.\nEvery election and every contract or payment voted for or made contrary to this section is void.\nSubd. 4.
