Stat. § 376.07","heading":"CHANGES TO COUNTY HOSPITAL BUILDINGS; FINANCING.","body":"(a) The county board, hospital board, or board of directors of a nonprofit or governmental hospital organization that has leased a county hospital may authorize the remodeling, improvement, alteration, or construction of an addition to the county hospital or of another building on the county hospital's existing premises by a majority vote of the board.\n(b) Financing for any project under this section is governed by other law, including sections 373.40 and 447.45 and chapter 475.","path":["COUNTIES, COUNTY OFFICERS, REGIONAL AUTHORITIES","CHAPTER 376.
