Stat. § 383B.123","heading":"RULES.","body":"The superintendent of the corrections facility shall, subject to the approval of the board, adopt rules, regulations, and procedures necessary for:\n(1) implementing the provisions of sections 383B.121 to 383B.123;\n(2) providing for the secure confinement, health, and safety of, and the provision of programs and services for inmates of the corrections facility; and\n(3) complying with the laws of the state and provisions of the federal and state constitutions applicable to the status and rights of inmates of corrections facilities.","path":["COUNTIES, COUNTY OFFICERS, REGIONAL AUTHORITIES","CHAPTER 383B.
