Contracts.\nNotwithstanding the provisions of sections 373.01 and 373.02, the administrator has authority to enter into contracts for the purchase of goods, materials, supplies, equipment or services under the terms, conditions or restrictions contained in sections 383B.141 to 383B.151 or of any resolution of the board. Authority to enter into price agreements may be delegated to the administrator, who may authorize heads of departments to make purchases within the scope of the agreements.\nSubd. 2.\nMS 2022 [Repealed, 2023 c 62 art 3 s 22]\nSubd. 3.\nMS 2022 [Repealed, 2023 c 62 art 3 s 22]\nSubd. 4. Small purchases; rules.\nThe board may authorize, subject to rules promulgated by the administrator, purchases other than those defined in subdivision 1.\nSubd. 5. Joint power agreements.\nThe board shall have sole authority for entering into joint powers agreements or cooperative purchase agreements under the provisions of section 471.59.
