Stat. § 383C.456","heading":"PLAT AND FIELD NOTES TO BE FILED.","body":"If the board approves the plat, its certificate of approval, signed by the chair, shall be endorsed thereon, and thereupon the plat and field notes shall be filed in the office of the county recorder, and shall be prima facie evidence that the survey is correct.
