Stat. § 390.152","heading":"CREMATION APPROVAL.","body":"After investigating deaths of persons who are to be cremated, the coroner or medical examiner may give approval for cremation and shall record such approval by either signing a cremation authorization form or electronically through the centralized electronic system for the processing of death records established by the state registrar.
