Stat. § 45.0292","heading":"LICENSE RECIPROCITY.","body":"The commissioner may waive all or part of the requirements of prelicense education, examination, and continuing education for individuals of other jurisdictions if:\n(1) a written reciprocal licensing agreement is in effect between the commissioner and the licensing officials of that jurisdiction;\n(2) the individual is licensed in that jurisdiction; and\n(3) the licensing requirements of that jurisdiction are substantially similar to the corresponding licensing requirements of the Commerce Department.","path":["COMMERCE","CHAPTER 45.
