The wastewater facilities designed or built under the authority provided by Minnesota Statutes 2012, sections 471A.01 to 471A.12, deemed necessary by the council to accomplish its responsibilities under this chapter must remain under the ownership of the council.","path":["METROPOLITAN AREA","CHAPTER 473.
