Stat. § 473.706","heading":"ADVERSE INTEREST OF COMMISSIONERS.","body":"No commissioner shall have any personal or financial interest in any sale, lease, or other contract made by the commission nor shall a commissioner benefit therefrom directly or indirectly. Any violation of this section may make such sale, lease, or other contract void. Upon conviction for a violation of this section a commissioner shall be automatically disqualified from further service on the commission.","path":["METROPOLITAN AREA","CHAPTER 473.
