Stat. § 515A.2-103","heading":"CONSTRUCTION AND VALIDITY OF DECLARATION AND BYLAWS.","body":"(a) All provisions of the declaration and bylaws are severable.\n(b) The rule against perpetuities may not be applied to defeat any provision of the declaration or sections 515A.1-101 to 515A.4-117, or any instrument executed pursuant to the declaration or sections 515A.1-101 to 515A.4-117.\n(c) In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the declaration and the bylaws, the declaration prevails except to the extent that the declaration is inconsistent with sections 515A.1-101 to 515A.4-117.","path":["PROPERTY AND PROPERTY INTERESTS","CHAPTER 515A.
